“Urban Improvement and Landscape Architecture” Welcomes a New Entrant in the Category—“Bulland Trade”

“Bulland Trade” Ltd., a decorative plant nursery, has held a well-established position in Bulgaria’s ornamental plant market for more than 20 years.

At the Construction Business Awards, they are entering the “Urban Improvement and Landscape Architecture” category alongside “Botanic Lab,” “Green Land Design,” “Habitat Studio,” and “Elite Building Company.”

On an area of over 100 decares in the village of Bratanitsa, Pazardzhik Province, some of the most beautiful ornamental plants—more than 500 species—are cultivated. This makes the nursery a place where rich diversity meets professionalism and high quality.

“Bulland Trade’s” product range includes broadleaf and coniferous trees and shrubs, herbs and spices, seasonal flowers, ornamental grasses, succulents, vines, and topiary shapes.

The plants are carefully selected to suit the climatic conditions in Bulgaria and are grown from high-quality planting stock in accordance with established European standards.

The nursery’s history began in 2003 with the construction of the first facility of its kind in the country, which utilized Dutch technology for the production of container-grown plants. This approach, innovative for its time, allowed plants to be planted year-round and ensured a high survival rate.

From the very beginning, the commitment to adopting modern technologies, ensuring high quality, and promoting sustainable development has been a core part of Bulland Trade’s philosophy.
